We decided to create the Numpugz for 3 specific reasons. These were:
- To learn the NFT minting process from creation all the way through to minting, registering and verification;
- To raise money for mental health with at least 50% of any revenue raised going to mental health; and
- To provide practical help or advice to other beginners in the space that could benefit from our experience.
All Numpugz were drawn by us and developed with the assistance of technology. We minted the NFTs through the command line on our Cardano Node without the need to utilise 3rd party services. This has allowed us to keep the cost to a minimum. Each Numpugz wears a medal number for identification making each of them unique. Certain numbers have been considered special.
