      "@value": "I have run GNP1, a small self-hosted stake pool, since 2020. I charge 0% margin, and I currently return the 170 ADA minimum fee the protocol forces on me to my delegators. When the pool earns enough, we donate to mental health charities. I became a DRep because the rules are tilted against pools like mine. minPoolCost comes out of a pool's rewards before delegators see anything, so it takes a far bigger share from a small pool than a large one, and delegators drift to the big operators. Stake keeps concentrating and new pools struggle to ever mint a block. Governance should fix that, not protect it."
